Corral de la Pacheca

Corral de la Pacheca

A small Andalusian square on the Iznájar Route of Hidden Gems and Balconies, ideal for tourists thanks to its historic charm and panoramic views.

El Corral de la Pacheca is a small, typical Andalusian square that forms part of the Route of the Hidden Corners and Balconies of Iznájar and the Subbética.

Situated on a large rock, the site was previously home to a private house which was acquired by the Town Council in the 1970s to create a recreational area.

The name was given by a local resident in honour of a Spanish Television programme called Cantares, which was broadcast from the famous venue Corral de la Pacheca, where the presenter conducted interviews with the finest voices of Spanish song.
