Anís Raza
A historic distillery using a traditional double-distillation process in copper stills, perfect for aniseed liqueur enthusiasts and guided tours.
Founded in 1876. The exquisite Raza aniseed liqueur is the end result of a meticulous production process. This process is closely linked to the still. Consisting of the kettles, the kettle heads and the coil, all its components are made of copper.
Inside the kettles, a mixture of alcohol, water and aniseed is brought to the boil by heating it with olive wood.
Inside the still, the mixture is then distilled, a process that can take between twelve and fourteen hours. Anís de Raza undergoes this treatment twice, and it is this ‘double distillation’ process that defines the quality of our products.
Openinghours:
- Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
