Created by the Baena-based artist Sake, it forms part of the activities comprising the DMencia Contemporary Art Exhibition, a project organised by Doña Mencía Town Council. The mural depicts the goddess of birds, who stands above all others for her wisdom and nobility. Birds surround her, and she is depicted at the centre.
