Monument to Jesus of Nazareth
Devotional reliefs on the façade, near churches and palaces housing permanent and temporary exhibitions that stand out for their architectural beauty.
This relief stands on the ‘Llanete de Jesús Nazareno’ on the façade of the Convent of San Pedro Mártir de Verona, bearing witness to the people of Lucena’s devotion to their Nazarene on Good Friday. A visit to the church is, of course, highly recommended, but given their proximity, we must not miss the Palace of the Counts of Santa Ana or the Casa de los Mora, where the exhibition rooms display everything from permanent collections to temporary gems that rival the beauty of the buildings themselves.
