The trail begins next to the Los Caños municipal campsite in Benamejí and descends gently through the shade of the pine forest. Along the way, you’ll come across the Peña Parda pass, a narrow passage between the rocks offering views of the Renaissance bridge of Hernán Ruiz II and the Genil landscape. It is an easy circular route, ideal for a first taste of Benamejí’s natural heritage and for combining nature, geology and panoramic views.
