A circular route of great natural and heritage value that allows you to discover some of Benamejí’s major scenic and historical landmarks. It passes by the La Grieta viewpoint, the watermill on the River Genil, the Renaissance bridge by Hernán Ruiz II, and sites of Arab origin such as the Gómez Arias castle and part of the river’s system of waterwheels. The route is suitable for both walking and cycling and offers a comprehensive overview of the connection between the town centre, the banks of the Genil and the local historical heritage.
