This almond tree is listed as a notable tree in the province of Córdoba and is distinguished by its trunk circumference and height. Its sturdy trunk is hollow, but supports a relatively broad, irregularly shaped crown. It is the almond tree with the largest known trunk circumference in Córdoba (3.68 m), whilst its height of 9.25 m and its base circumference, which measures 5.60 m, are equally impressive; these measurements make it one of the most remarkable almond trees in Spain.
