The stage begins on the Paseo de las Delicias in Luque and follows the Camino de los Cangilones, joining the local Malos Vientos footpath. After the first tarmac sections, the route continues along dirt tracks that climb gently to a hilltop where the ruins of the Vista Alegre farmhouse stand, in a setting of great scenic beauty. The route crosses the Malos Vientos ravine, between the hills of Los Cangilones and Los Murciélagos, an area characterised by its dry-stone heritage, with cairns, wells, threshing floors and traditional huts integrated into the mountain landscape. After a short climb, you reach the Cueva de los Murciélagos, one of the most important Neolithic sites in Andalusia and the first in the region to feature Upper Palaeolithic art. Nearby is the Cueva de los Murciélagos Ecomuseum, dedicated to explaining the cave and its surroundings. The route continues along the CO-6210 road to Llano del Moro, where it joins the Colada de Zuheros to Priego livestock track, also known in this section as the Camino de Las Cruces. Finally, the route reaches the town centre of Zuheros, passes through it and continues along the Greenway until it reaches Doña Mencía, the end of the stage.
