Almedinilla Amphitheatre

Recently built, the Almedinilla Coliseum takes its inspiration from Roman coliseums and circuses. This iconic building serves a variety of purposes: it hosts the“Foro Coliseo” Craft Market, held on the first Sunday of every month; the famousRoman Banquetsfor 300 guests as part of theIberian-Roman Festival "Festum", historical re-enactments, concerts, local and community festivals, sporting events such as theColiseum Trail Run, and bullfighting events such as theTraditional Release of Heifersheld during the September Royal Fair or theFinal of the Novilladas Competitionorganised by Canal Sur.
