Cruz de San Pedro Viewpoint

At the highest point of the village lies the Cruz de San Pedro viewpoint, a superb spot from which to admire the reservoir and the sunsets. Next to this viewpoint is the Open-Air Theatre, where cultural events are held during the summer months.

We can enjoy a panoramic view of the historic centre, the Barrio de la Villa neighbourhood, the cave houses of El Peñón, the castle, the Parish Church of St James the Apostle and the Clock Tower. From here, we can reach the Miradores de las Peñas, natural rock outcrops offering views of the reservoir. Here, there is a series of tiles featuring poems by the local artist Antonio Quintana.
