Un museo centenario destaca por su rica colección pedagógica e histórica, revitalizada por el interés moderno en ecología y naturaleza.

The Natural History collections have formed the core of a century-old educational museum, whose holdings have been built up through numerous acquisitions, alongside significant donations from pupils, former pupils and prominent figures linked to our city and the school. Throughout its long history, this museum has enjoyed great prestige, though its decline coincided with a general loss of interest in the natural sciences within society. Fortunately, the renewed awareness among people today regarding ecological and nature-related issues has contributed to its revival. For several years now, the Aguilar y Eslava Foundation has been working to bring one of its most long-awaited projects to fruition: the creation of the Aguilar y Eslava Museum, where the rich educational, historical, artistic, documentary and sentimental heritage of its three-hundred-year history is preserved and displayed.
