"A place of our own, Moltura is a small contribution to the history of this village, which has given us so much.
We want to share not only our home with you, but also the enthusiasm behind this project, which is simply about having a place where we can come together and reminisce about the times that have brought us to where we are today.
Moltura is our story, and yours, the story of an Andalusian village that must not be forgotten.
In this cultural and gastronomic space, you will find locally sourced products, manufactured and produced by socially conscious businesses.
You are all invited to visit us and enjoy this traditional house right in the heart of Iznájar."

"Moltura is a place where you can see, touch and feel. But not just feel the passing of time, but also savour it. We have a selection of fair-trade, organic and environmentally friendly products, made in Andalusia. You can book your own olive oil tasting and learn how to appreciate our most precious treasure.
We produce our own brand of extra virgin olive oil, an EVOO made from carefully selected olives from our own olive trees and crafted with care, resulting in a unique product.
You’ll also find organic wines from the prestigious Bodegas Robles, and the most spirited beer from our region: Cerveza Bandolera del Sur, from the Cooperativa Transformando, proud advocates of a social economy that respects Andalusian farm workers. Local craft products, such as the earthenware jugs from La Rambla in Córdoba.
Or simply sit in our cosy Andalusian courtyard and enjoy a well-deserved rest.
This is Moltura; we simply aim to bring a different model of consumption to our small town, with like-minded brands and companies that choose to break with the established order and fight for a green and sustainable future for the Andalusian countryside and rural areas.
