Molinillo Bridge

Molinillo Bridge

A historic bridge with five arches that become visible when the water level in the reservoir drops, ideal for safe walks and for admiring its excellent state...

Dating from the late 19th or early 20th century, it features five semicircular arches that are clearly visible when the water level in the reservoir drops, only to be submerged once more by the 981 hectometres of water it can hold.

The stone structure, which formed part of the old road linking Iznájar with Rute, is in an excellent state of preservation, and it is currently safe to walk across it.
