Cabra Jurásica is a journey into the past. A new approach to tourism and, above all, a fun way to introduce children to the palaeontology of the Subbética mountains. In short, Cabra Jurásica is about educating your senses to make you feel part of a story – and not just any story, but the history of the Subbética region of Córdoba, dating back no less than 200 million years. A history that has survived to the present day, etched into the rock of the streets, squares, columns, fountains and façades of Cabra, a municipality of Córdoba. The chance to take an enjoyable (and free) geological journey into the past, discovering ancient seas, rocks from bygone eras and fossils of creatures that lived alongside the dinosaurs. Something very distant in time, yet now right before your eyes, to photograph and touch with your own hands.
