Church of St John of God

Church of St John of God

Templo del s. XVII con nave única, bóveda de arista y cúpula. Destacan su cornisa elaborada y hermosos retablos, ideal para admirar arquitectura histórica.

Although it was founded in the 16th century, the main structure dates from the 17th century. It was attached to the convent run by the brothers of the Order until 1835. The simple, stone-carved façade features an image of St John of God. Inside, there is a single nave with a groined vault and a dome at the end, with the intricate detailing of its elaborate cornice being particularly noteworthy. The beautiful altarpieces that adorn the church are also of note.
