Los Ríos, as its name suggests, is set in a privileged setting thanks to the river that winds its way through the village, offering a constant murmur that caresses the senses and revitalises the soul. Its small white houses, adorned with pots overflowing with colourful flowers, lend a unique and authentic charm to this place.

Stepping into Los Ríos is like taking a journey back in time, as the village has managed to preserve its rich historical heritage. Los Ríos is more than just a picturesque spot; it is a community united by the warmth of its inhabitants. Here, hospitality is a virtue, and the locals will always welcome visitors with a smile and a helping hand.

At the heart of the village stands the beautiful Chapel of San Isidro Labrador, patron saint of farmers. Every year, on 15 May, the village of Los Ríos dresses up for a festival to celebrate the pilgrimage in honour of San Isidro Labrador. This festival is a special occasion when the locals, dressed in their traditional costumes, gather at the chapel to pay homage to the saint. The image of San Isidro is carried in procession through the fields and the surrounding area.

But devotion is not limited to Saint Isidore alone. The chapel also houses the image of the Virgin of the Assumption, a figure venerated for her role as protector of the village. Every year, on 15 August, the community gathers once more to celebrate the feast of the Virgin of the Assumption. It is a day of joy and fervour, with processions taking place, the streets being decorated, and cultural and religious activities organised to honour the Virgin.

For nature lovers, Los Ríos is a true paradise. Hiking trails wind through the surrounding countryside, taking you to places where the lush vegetation and panoramic landscapes will take your breath away.
