Rebuilton the site of the former chapelof San Antonio Abad, it was renovated in 1780 by Francisco Javier Pedrajas. It has a Latin cross plan with a short, trough-shaped transept, covered by atwo-section groin vaultand a large fluted dome. Beneath this is a cornice with curved mouldings featuringlarge archangels. The delicate Rococo plasterwork is arranged in groups throughout the church and, like the rest of the building, is bathed in the light streaming through thestained-glass windowsof the dome and vault.
