Vuela Guadalinfo is part of the public network of centres providing citizens with access to the information and knowledge society, which has been operating in Andalusia since 2003 with the support of provincial councils and local councils. Its main objective is to make ICT (information and communication technologies) universally accessible, to serve as a public space with free access to computer equipment and the Internet, whilst also acting as a catalyst to ensure that everyone in society has access to the internet and receives guidance in this area.

Carcabuey Town Council also has an Aula Mentor space, which is available alongside Vuela Guadalinfo.
